We’re looking for a careful, quick Data Entry Typist to work from home. You’d type up documents, reports, and letters or emails, and follow the company’s rules. It’s a good fit if you type fast and correctly, notice small details, and can meet tight deadlines.

What you’ll be doing:
- Type and set up documents, reports, and letters or emails
- Read through what you typed and fix mistakes
- Make sure documents follow the company’s layout rules
- Type and keep data up to date in computer programs and databases
- Keep computer files in order so they’re easy to find
- Type out sound or video recordings, if needed
- Meet deadlines and decide what comes first
- Work with teammates to finish tasks on time
- Keep clear communication about progress and problems
- Handle private information with care
Skills you need:
- Good skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) or similar programs
- Fast typing, at least 50 words per minute, with few mistakes
- Sharp attention to detail, and able to proofread
- Well organized and good with your time
- Able to work on your own from home
- Past typist or office experience is a plus
