Key Responsibilities

As a Part-Time Data Entry Clerk, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our data management processes. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Accurately inputting data into our systems from various sources, ensuring precision and attention to detail.

• Verifying and updating existing data for accuracy and completeness, maintaining the highest standards of quality.

• Keep computer files and records neat and easy to find, following company rules

• Keep company and client information private and safe

• Communicating with team members to clarify information and resolve discrepancies as needed, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you’ll need:

• A high school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus, demonstrating your commitment to lifelong learning.

• Past data entry or office experience is preferred, but not required, because they say they’ll help you build your skills

• Good skills in Microsoft Word and Excel, and basic computer use

• Strong attention to detail and care about accuracy

• Good communication skills in both – writing and speaking

• Able to work on your own and meet deadlines

Shift Details

• Hours: 4 PM to 9 PM, Monday to Friday, with some weekend work sometimes

• Flexible scheduling to fit your needs, so you keep a good balance between work and life
