Job Summary

We’re seeking an experienced Data Entry / MIS Executive to join our team and contribute to our mission of driving business success. As a Data Entry / MIS Executive, you’ll be responsible for managing and maintaining accurate and up-to-date data, ensuring seamless data entry processes, and providing exceptional support to our teams. Key Responsibilities

* Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date data across various systems and databases

* Ensure seamless data entry processes, including data validation, verification, and quality control

* Provide exceptional support to our teams, including responding to queries, resolving issues, and escalating concerns

* Develop and implement data management processes and procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address data-related issues and opportunities

* Analyze data trends and provide insights to inform business decisions

* Maintain confidentiality and adhere to data protection policies and procedures Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

* Minimum 2 years of experience in data entry, MIS, or a related field

* Strong understanding of data management principles, including data quality, validation, and verification

* Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and data management software

* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

* Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

* Experience with data analytics tools and technologies, such as SQL, Python, or R

* Knowledge of data visualization tools and techniques

* Certification in data management, such as Certified Data Analyst (CDA) or Certified Data Scientist (CDS)

* Experience working in a cloud-based environment, such as Amazon Web Services (AWS) or Microsoft Azure Skills and Competencies

* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills

* Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines

* Proficiency in data management software and tools
