Role: Data Entry Specialist (client order placement, no sales required)

Schedule: Monday to Thursday, 9 AM–6 PM; Friday, 9 AM–5 PM (day shift)
Pay: $2,500 per month
Contract Period: 60 days, then you get a job offer

About the Role
We’re looking for a Data Entry Specialist to place customer orders with service companies, by phone or through their websites. You don’t have to sell anything. If you’re careful and detail-focused, you’ll do well here.
Key Responsibilities
- Use SugarCRM smoothly.
- Place the services customers want, through company websites or by phone
- Copy account and confirmation numbers correctly
- Talk clearly and politely with customers, teammates, and managers
- Do other tasks when needed
Qualifications and Skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Basic computer skills (SugarCRM experience preferred)
- Good with Microsoft tools, Vonage, and CRM software
- Past data entry experience is ideal
- English is a must
